At MUD Jeans®, we want you to love your circular denim; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Jeans

  Place the items in their original packaging or a durable reusable mailer to minimize waste and ensure the product stays protected.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated service point.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-10 business days.
